Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead the complete HR function, including talent acquisition, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing or construction environments and experience managing a multi-location workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Statutory Compliance & Labour Laws
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and statutory regulations.
- Manage PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, Minimum Wages, Factories Act, Shops & Establishment Act, Contract Labour Act, and related compliances.
- Coordinate statutory audits, inspections, government authorities, and statutory filings.
- Maintain statutory records and registers across Head Office, Plant, Warehouses, and Project Sites.
2. Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment across Sales, Government Sales, Project Sales, Production, Quality, Design, Finance, Accounts, HR, Marketing, and other corporate functions.
- Prepare Job Descriptions, source candidates, screen profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate salaries, roll out offers, and manage onboarding.
- Build recruitment pipelines through job portals, LinkedIn, consultants, referrals, and campus hiring.
- Ensure quality hiring within defined recruitment TAT.
3. HR Operations
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
- Oversee attendance, leave management, payroll coordination, HRIS, employee records, probation, confirmation, Full & Final Settlement, and HR documentation.
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and processes.
4. Performance Management
- Develop and implement KPI/KRA frameworks.
- Manage appraisal cycles, probation reviews, productivity tracking, and departmental scorecards.
- Prepare HR MIS, analytics, and manpower reports for management.
5. Employee Relations & Engagement
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.
- Handle grievances, counselling, disciplinary actions, warning letters, and conflict resolution.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
6. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate induction, technical, behavioural, and product training programs.
- Develop learning initiatives and Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) to enhance employee capability.

Preferred Candidate
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or equivalent.
- 8–15 years of HR experience in Manufacturing, Construction, Engineering, or Building Materials.
- Robust knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations, and HR process implementation.
- Experience managing multi-location teams and driving organizational growth.
