Key Accountabilities:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Technical Content Writer with strong expertise in software documentation and SDLC processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating clear, structured, and comprehensive technical documents such as BRDs, FRDs, and other system-related documentation. The candidate should be proactive, capable of working independently, and able to manage multiple deliverables in a rapid-paced environment.

- Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documents including Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and other SDLC artifacts.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and project managers to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Develop process flows, use cases, wireframes, and system documentation as required.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with project scope, business objectives, and organizational standards.




- Maintain version control and ensure timely updates of all technical documents.
- Assist in defining workflows, system functionalities, and user journeys.
- Review and edit documents to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
- Support testing teams by preparing documentation required for UAT and functional validation.
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices.

Key Requirements:

- Excellent writing and grammar skills.
- Excellent writing, editing, and grammar skills with strong attention to detail
- Hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SRS, and other technical/software documentation.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in B.Tech, MCA, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
