*Job Summary:*
We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Customer Support Executive who will handle customer coordination regarding shipment status and ensure timely clearance of shipments held at the warehouse due to various reasons.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Coordinate with customers on a daily basis regarding their shipment status through calls.
Provide regular updates to customers regarding shipment movement, delays, and clearance status.
Follow up with customers for shipments that are on hold at the warehouse due to payment issues, documentation issues, address issues, or any other reasons.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve shipment-related issues and ensure timely clearance.
Maintain daily follow-up records and update shipment status reports.
Escalate critical shipment issues to the concerned department for quick resolution.
Ensure customer satisfaction through proper communication and timely follow-ups.
*Required Skills & Qualifications:*
Minimum 12 years of experience in the logistics/courier industry.
Good communication and customer handling skills.
Presentable personality with a skilled approach.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple shipments and customer queries simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of shipment processes and logistics operations.

Salary: 25,000 – 30,000 CTC
Experience: Logistics experience mandatory
