Manage and enforce ethical manufacturing, labor law compliance, and global ESG framework alignment across internal teams and external suppliers.
Track sustainability KPIs, maintain governance records, and lead internal employee training and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Role & responsibilities

- Audit & Legal Compliance: Enforce responsible manufacturing standards and ensure continuous adherence to local labor laws, ethical operations, and corporate ESG policies across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Data & Record Management: Systematically track, analyze, and record key ESG performance indicators (KPIs) while maintaining documentation for employee welfare, workplace diversity, and health and safety.
- Global Framework Alignment: Adopt and integrate international sustainability frameworks,



reporting standards, and responsible sourcing practices into daily business operations.
- Training & Workplace Awareness: Design communication materials and lead internal training sessions focused on sustainability, ESG goals, and workplace ethics.
- Social Responsibility (CSR): Support ongoing corporate social responsibility initiatives and boost internal employee engagement programs.
