Post : Junior Sales & Marketing Executive North India
Reporting to : All-India Head of Sales & Marketing
Location : Delhi / NCR
Experience : Open (Fresh to 6 years welcome)
Industry : Building Materials / Architecture preferred

ROLE OVERVIEW
A field-facing, relationship-building role focused on the Northern India market primarily Delhi NCR, Rajasthan, Punjab, and UP. The executive will introduce Tipwood to architects, designers, and developers in the region, support specification-stage selling, and help grow a dealer/distributor network across key North Indian cities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build and grow relationships with landscape architects, interior designers, architecture firms, and developer/builder offices across Delhi NCR, Gurugram, Noida, Jaipur, Chandigarh, and Lucknow
- Drive product awareness through studio visits,sample presentations, and site meetings
- Support onboarding and servicing of dealers and channel partners in the North region
- Represent Tipwood® at architecture and green building events in North India
- Maintain CRM records — leads, contacts, meetings,and pipeline updates
- Coordinate with head office for marketing support, samples, and collateral
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Background in architecture, interior design, civil engineering, or business — with interest in construction materials
- Prior exposure to building materials, architecture product sales, or the design industry a solid plus
- Confident communicator — comfortable presenting to architects and developer teams
- Field-oriented with willingness to travel regularly within North India
- Fluency in English and Hindi essential; additional regional languages a plus
