Budget: Rs.20,000/- per month (Maximum)
Preferred only Male Candidates
Roles responsibilities:
1. Make statutory payments like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST etc. before payment due date as
per Indian Govt. regulations.
2. File the return of the statutory like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST etc. before the return filing
due date
3. Maintain India statutory compliance records like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, GST etc.
4. Maintain Singapore statutory compliance like CPF, GST, Employee Tax etc.
5. Maintain Malaysia statutory compliance like EEF, SST, Employee Tax etc.
6. Enter the bill rate for each employee in the accounting system - Need to update in
the system whenever we receive the PO/SOW from the clients (India, Singapore
Malaysia)
7. Generate invoices through the accounting system - Monthly Task (India, Singapore
Malaysia)
8. Go through the employees timesheet and calculate the total effort man-days/hours
- Monthly task (India, Singapore Malaysia)
9. Prepare monthly financial report MIS (India,



Singapore Malaysia)
10. Prepare monthly, quarterly, half yearly P L Statement (India, Singapore
Malaysia)
11. Maintain the Sales invoices records (India, Singapore Malaysia)
12. Enter the purchase invoices details in the accounting system and maintain the
records.
13. Prepare monthly billing report (India, Singapore Malaysia)
14. Track Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable
Must have the following skills:
1. Excellent Verbal written communication skills (English)
2. Hands-on experience on Tally ERP
3. Knowledge on Statutory Payments like % of TDS, GST, PT, PF, ESI
4. Can work under the pressure
5. Robust knowledge of MS Excel
6. B. Com background would be an advantage
