Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and well-connected Candidate Mobilizers to identify, counsel and enrol eligible ITI, Diploma, Graduate and unemployed youth candidates for skill-development and placement-linked training programs.

Key Responsibilities

- Mobilize eligible candidates through field visits, community outreach, institutional tie-ups, job fairs, social media and local networks.
- Connect with ITIs, polytechnics, colleges, NGOs, community groups and local stakeholders.
- Conduct awareness and counselling sessions regarding training and employment opportunities.
- Explain program eligibility, training requirements, career opportunities and the enrolment process.
- Collect and verify candidate documents, including Aadhaar and educational certificates.
- Support candidate registration, screening, admission, onboarding and batch formation.
- Maintain accurate candidate databases, counselling records and daily mobilization reports.




- Follow up with candidates to ensure attendance and reduce dropouts.
- Ensure that no registration, training or placement fee is collected from candidates.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate or Diploma holder preferred.
- 13 years of experience in candidate mobilization, field recruitment, skill-development projects, NGO outreach, education counselling or bulk hiring.
- Solid local network and knowledge of the assigned geography.
- Good communication, counselling and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable with field travel and target-based work.
- Proficiency in the local language is essential.

Performance Measures

- Number of eligible candidates mobilized and enrolled.
- Documentation accuracy and timely batch formation.
- Candidate attendance, retention, training completion and placement support.
- Achievement of project-specific mobilization targets.

Immediate joiners with prior skill-development or bulk-mobilization experience will be preferred.
