Role Overview

The O9 Functional Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting the O9 Digital Brain platform for Supply Chain Planning processes, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP;/IBP, Inventory Optimization, and Production Planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business requirements from Supply Chain, Planning, and Business stakeholders.
- Configure O9 solutions to support Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP), and Supply Chain analytics.
- Design and document functional specifications, business processes, and solution configurations.
- Work with business users to translate planning requirements into O9 functionality.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support integration design with SAP ERP/S4HANA, BW, APO, IBP, and other systems.




- Execute SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect management.
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues.
- Create training materials and conduct user training sessions.
- Collaborate with technical teams, data teams, and business stakeholders during implementation and rollout.

Required Skills

- Robust experience in O9 Solutions platform.
- Hands-on experience in one or more modules below.
- Demand Planning
- Supply Planning
- S&OP; / IBP
- Inventory Planning
- Production Planning
- Understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes.
- Experience in requirement gathering, workshops, and solution design.
