Your key responsibilities

- The opportunity EY's Software and IT Asset Management (SAM) team is a rapidly growing and high performing team, working with some of the worlds largest companies in a niche sector offering. We have several work streams, ranging from software license compliance work with major global software vendors, to helping EY clients on matters including improving their processes/governance policies and establishing future focused strategies around software consumption and setting up managed services. We are looking for a content developer who can create and maintain SAM go to market proposals and help in publishing them on different internal and external channels like Internal communication emails, Internal SharePoint site, EY Thought leadership site, External SAM related blogs, social media platforms (LinkedIn). This would also include Writing, editing and publishing engaging content for client proposals as well as for SAM solution as a whole.
- Optimizing social media posts (language, tone, message) based on our target audience behaviours
- Selecting appealing images and videos to complement text;
- Updating our collaborative pages with new content by coordinating across key stakeholders
- Write, edit and publish engaging posts for various platforms like LinkedIn, SAM blogs, Internal EY site
- Create appealing visuals and videos to complement text;
- Apply advertising techniques to boost EY SAM solution awareness
- Ability to deliver creative web content (text, image and video);




- Documentation for operational support including but not limited to SOP and job aids
- Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
- Independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, model project strategies and delivering results in challenging situations

Skills and attributes

To qualify for the role you must have

- Graduate degree or higher
- 3 - 6 years of experience Media Content writer or similar role
- Hands-on experience on MS PowerPoint as well as using various social media platforms to advertise;
- Familiarity with online paid advertising;
- Good knowledge of SEO, keyword research and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics);
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with good attention to detail
- Works well in a diverse team and enjoys a agile environment where remote working is required
- Working on multiple projects with shifting priorities

Qualification

- Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science

Experience

- Software Asset Management (3+ years)
