Your key responsibilities

- Role Summary The Executive will support day to day finance and accounting in ERP, statutory compliances, and reporting activities.



The role involves working closely with the Manager and team members to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant delivery. Key Responsibilities
- Support routine finance and accounting activities, including maintenance of vendor master, validation of vendor invoices, raising AR invoices, journal entries, reconciliations preparation of FAR, support in month end close.
- Data preparation for TDS and GST returns, performing reconciliations
- Work on ERP based accounting systems, ensuring timely and accurate data entry.
- Prepare reports and working papers using MS Excel.
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trail as per EY standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams for data collection and issue resolution.
- Address queries from seniors, auditors, and tax teams as required.
- Adhere to clients SLAs
- CA Inter / MBA (Finance) with around 1-2 years of experience in finance and accounting roles.
- Basic working knowledge of financial statements, TDS, and GST.
- Exposure to ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / NetSuite / Tally or similar).
- Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
- Transparent communication skills and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work under supervision and manage routine deadlines.
