Role & responsibilities

* Build and manage partnerships with schools, colleges, NGOs, and other institutions.

* Conduct outreach through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings.

* Recruit, onboard, and manage volunteers for various programs and campaigns.

* Conduct volunteer orientation and communicate roles, responsibilities, and organizational policies.

* Coordinate volunteer activities and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

* Maintain relationships with partner organizations and ensure regular follow-ups.

* Prepare and maintain MoUs, onboarding documents, volunteer records, and MIS reports.

* Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of programs and events.

* Prepare weekly/monthly activity reports and submit updates to senior management.

* Maintain accurate databases of volunteers, partners, and outreach activities.

* Ensure timely communication with all stakeholders and resolve routine coordination issues.

* Meet monthly partnership, volunteer onboarding, and reporting targets.

Preferred candidate profile

* Female candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience in NGO operations,



volunteer management, partnerships, outreach, or program coordination.

* Bachelors degree in any discipline (Social Work, Management, Humanities, Public Administration, or Mass Communication preferred).

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

* Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills.

* Experience in coordinating with schools, colleges, NGOs, or community organizations is preferred.

* Confident in making outbound calls, conducting virtual meetings, and following up with stakeholders.

* Well-organized with robust documentation, reporting, and record-keeping skills.

* Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel.

* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote work environment.

* Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

* Passionate about social impact and willing to travel occasionally, if required.
