Role & Responsibilities
- Lead application/production support for payment systems
- Ensure 24x7 system availability & SLA adherence
- Manage L1L3 teams, incidents, RCA & change management
- Ensure compliance with RBI, PCI DSS & audit requirements
- Handle vendor coordination, DR/BCP & executive reporting
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 12+ years in IT/Application Support (payments domain preferred)
- Solid ITIL, incident & service management experience
- Experience with high-volume transaction systems
- Hands-on with monitoring & ticketing tools (ServiceNow/JIRA)
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
