Key Responsibilities





- Call prospective students and counsel them regarding available courses.
- Manage student inquiries and guide them through the admission process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to ensure conversions.
- Achieve daily and monthly enrollment targets.
- Maintain accurate database records of all interactions. [1]

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Graduates and Undergraduates are both eligible.
- Experience: Freshers can apply. Prior experience in BPO, telesales, or counseling is a plus.
- Skills: Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and strong convincing skills.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi; basic or valuable command over English.
