Key Responsibilities

- Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, role specifications, and industry-specific skill sets
- Design and execute effective recruitment strategies tailored to Architectural Hardware, Kitchen & Furniture Fittings, and Security Solutions segments
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, social media, headhunting, referrals, and industry networking
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical knowledge (product expertise, sales capability, channel management, project handling, etc) and cultural fit
- Manage the interview process scheduling, coordination, feedback collection, and candidate communication
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines for recurring roles such as Sales Executives, Channel Managers, Project Managers, Technical Support, and Service Engineers
- Ensure timely closure of positions with a focus on quality of hire and reduced turnaround time (TAT)
- Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and MIS for leadership review
- Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an industry employer of choice
