Position - Field Collection Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

Collection & Recovery

- Visit customers for the collection of overdue personal loan payments.
- Conduct 3-4 Collection & recoveryfield visits per day as assigned.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely repayment of outstanding dues.
- Negotiate repayment plans in accordance with company policies.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Customer Interaction
- Meet customers professionally and explain outstanding payment details.
- Address customer concerns and provide appropriate repayment solutions.
- Maintain courteous and respectful communication during all customer interactions.

Reporting & Documentation

- Submit daily visit reports and collection updates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer visits, payment commitments, and recoveries.
- Update the CRM/system with visit outcomes and customer feedback.
- Compliance
- Follow all company policies and ethical collection practices.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information at all times.





Eligibility Criteria

Experience -

- 02 years of experience in field collections, recovery, customer service, or a similar role.
- Experience in an NBFC, bank, or financial services company will be preferred.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing ability.
- Ability to work independently and achieve field targets.
- Professional attitude with a customer-centric approach.

Other Requirements

- Female candidates only.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area for customer visits.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be an added advantage.
