Roles and Responsibility

- Prepare and cook high-quality Continental dishes, including starters, main courses, and desserts.

- Collaborate with other chefs to create new recipes and menus.

- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring minimal waste.

- Proven experience as a CDP (Continental) or similar role.

- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques,

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues.

- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances, including ovens, refrigerators, and dish washing machines.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
