Job Description:

Key Responsibilities-Strategic Leadership

- Define and drive the vision for TID analytics and decision intelligence

- Partner with business stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Strategy) to align analytics with business goals

- Translate complex data into executive-level insights and recommendations

Market Research & Demand Analytics

- Lead market sizing, demand estimation (TAM/SAM/SOM), and forecasting initiatives

- Design and execute quantitative and qualitative research programs

- Build frameworks for category growth, pricing, and market expansion

Advanced Analytics & AI Enablement

- Leverage machine learning models (e.g., regression, clustering, forecasting models)

- Drive adoption of AI/ML in research workflows and predictive analytics

- Develop scenario planning models for business decision-making

Data Integration & Engineering Collaboration

- Oversee integration of data from multiple sources:

- Consumer panels

- Retail audits

- Digital & first-party data

- Collaborate with data engineering teams to build scalable data pipelines and data models





Dashboarding & Decision Intelligence

- Guidance on real-time dashboards and BI solutions to teams

- Ensure insights are accessible, actionable, and aligned to KPIs

Stakeholder & Client Management

- Present insights and recommendations to CXOs and business heads

- Manage cross-functional teams and external partners/vendors

Qualifications & Experience

- 10+ years of experience in market research, analytics, or consulting

- Strong expertise in Segmentation, forecasting, and market modeling

- Experience in industries such as CPG, Retail, Pharma, or Consumer Tech

- Proven leadership experience managing teams and large-scale programs

Technical Skills

- Robust analytical toolkit: Python / R / SQL preferrence

- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)

- Knowledge of ML techniques: regression, clustering, time-series forecasting

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
