Hiring: Import & Supply Chain Operations
Location: Gurugram
Experience: 5-8 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Demand forecasting, shipment planning & order management
- Import & export documentation and shipment tracking
- Material availability, inventory & fulfilment monitoring
- BOE filing, duty forecasting & customs clearance
- COO-based duty exemption handling
- Coordination with Freight Forwarders & CHA; SLA monitoring
- Vendor bill processing and DPD/MRP labelling
- Handling customs queries, drafting responses & compliance
Required Skills:
- Experience in Import & Export Operations
- Strong knowledge of ICEGATE Portal, Customs Bond, BOE & HSN Codes
- Hands-on experience in shipment planning, forecasting & inventory management
- Knowledge of Customs documentation, duty exemptions & clearance processes
- ERP experience (Oracle/SAP Business One/SBO preferred)
- Robust analytical, coordination and communication skills
