- Develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies and relationship-building with customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and provide solutions using our product portfolio.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Sales & Marketing in the Petrochemical Plastics Packaging (PP) industry.
- Robust understanding of polymer chemistry, compounding, PVCs, additives, masterbatches, and their applications.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective business development skills.
