Position Summary

The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for generating funds through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) partnerships, foundations, trusts, HNIs, and institutional donors. The role involves identifying funding opportunities, building corporate relationships, preparing proposals, and ensuring successful donor engagement and retention. CSR fundraising managers are typically responsible for building and managing a pipeline of corporate partners, developing proposals, and achieving fundraising targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop CSR funding opportunities with corporates.
- Build and maintain relationships with CSR Heads, Sustainability Heads, HR Heads, and decision-makers.
- Prepare fundraising proposals, concept notes, presentations, and budgets.
- Lead fundraising meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
- Develop annual fundraising plans and achieve revenue targets.
- Coordinate with program teams for project design and impact reporting.
- Track CSR trends, Schedule VII compliance, and corporate funding priorities.
- Maintain donor databases and CRM records.
- Ensure timely submission of reports, utilization certificates, and impact assessments.




- Represent the organization at CSR forums, conferences, and networking events.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA, MSW, Development Studies preferred).
- 5 10 years of experience in CSR fundraising, donor relations, or corporate partnerships.
- Solid understanding of CSR regulations and corporate funding mechanisms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
- Proven track record of raising CSR funds.

Salary Range (Mumbai)
