* Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.

* Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

* Deliver exceptional voice-based support to international customers.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and case updates.

* Meet quality, productivity, and performance KPIs.

* Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate team when required.

* Ensure compliance with company policies and international customer service standards.

* Build positive customer relationships through excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

* Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Voice Process.

* Freshers are not eligible.

* Comfortable working in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.

* Willing to work from Noida Sector 144.

* Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods will be preferred.

* Positive attitude, adaptability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
