Position: AGM / DGM Architect (Design Coordinator)
Location: Delhi

Role Summary

The role is responsible for supporting architectural design development and coordination for residential and commercial real estate projects. The incumbent will work closely with external architects, consultants and internal project teams to ensure timely delivery of design drawings, compliance with regulatory requirements and alignment with project execution timelines.

Key Responsibilities

Design Development & Coordination

- Support architectural design development across various stages including concept design, schematic design, GFA and GFC drawings.
- Coordinate with external architects and design consultants to ensure timely submission and approval of drawings.
- Review architectural drawings to ensure compliance with project design intent, company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with structural, civil and MEP consultants to ensure proper design coordination across disciplines.
- Assist in incorporating interior design elements and space planning concepts to enhance project aesthetics and functionality.

Project & Site Coordination

- Coordinate with the project execution team to ensure smooth implementation of approved designs at site.




- Ensure timely issuance and tracking of drawings and maintain proper documentation of design deliverables.
- Support preparation of presentation drawings, renders and design models required for project approvals and marketing initiatives.
- Conduct periodic site visits to review implementation of architectural designs.
- Assist in resolving design-related queries and technical issues during the construction phase.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings and maintain quality standards during project execution.

Skills & Competencies

- Experience working on high-end residential, mixed-use or commercial real estate projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural planning, detailing and design coordination.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, SketchUp or other 3D visualization tools.
- Understanding of local building bye-laws, development regulations and approval processes.
- Robust coordination and documentation skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Qualification

- Bachelors / Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch)
- Additional qualification in Urban Planning / Urban Development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- 10–15 years of relevant experience in architectural design within the real estate / real estate consulting industry.
