Supply Chain Executive Manpower Acquisition & Workforce Mobilization
Role Purpose
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining a reliable pipeline of caregivers, nurses, attendants and allied healthcare professionals to support SilverGenies Home Care and Elder Care services. The role spans end-to-end manpower sourcing, screening, onboarding, deployment coordination, vendor development and workforce mobilization to ensure timely, compliant and high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

- Source caregivers, GNM/ANM nurses, attendants, physiotherapists and allied professionals through job portals, referrals, field drives, institutes and community outreach.
- Develop sustainable recruitment partnerships with nursing schools, training institutes, NGOs and placement partners.
- Screen candidates through interviews and evaluate competency, attitude and service orientation.
- Complete document verification including KYC, education, experience, police verification and medical fitness.
- Coordinate onboarding, induction and mandatory compliance before deployment.
- Work closely with Operations to mobilize suitable manpower against client requirements within defined timelines.




- Manage replacement staffing for absenteeism, no-shows and emergency requests.
- Maintain an updated talent database and deployment tracker.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment, deployment and attrition MIS.
- Support workforce planning through hiring forecasts and recruitment analytics.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations or a related discipline.
Experience
1 to 4 years in recruitment, healthcare staffing, workforce coordination, home healthcare, hospitals or manpower consulting.
