Job Title: HR Manager Core HR Operations

We are looking for an HR Manager Core HR Operations to support the Head HR. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in core HR operations, HRMS (Keka), SAP, and must currently be working in a manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage end-to-end Core HR operations.
- Handle the complete employee lifecycle (onboarding to exit).
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate training programs and maintain training records.
- Manage HR administration and employee documentation.
- Handle attendance, leave, and employee data through Keka HRMS.
- Work on SAP HR for HR operations and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Prepare HR reports and MIS.




- Support payroll inputs and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
- Assist the Head HR in day-to-day HR operations and process improvements..

Requirements:

- 6 10 years of experience in Core HR Operations.
- Hands-on experience with Keka HRMS is mandatory.
- Must be currently working in a manufacturing company.
- Valuable understanding of HR operations and compliance.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
