Job Summary:
We are looking for a smart and driven HR Recruiter with at least 2 years of hiring experience and a strong academic background (minimum 85% in 12th grade). The ideal candidate should be proactive, analytical, and passionate about talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates across various roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions for different roles.
- Source candidates through multiple channels like job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial screenings and evaluate candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers or clients.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems or recruitment databases.
- Communicate with candidates regarding job roles, interview feedback,



and offer status.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet hiring goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in recruitment (consultancy or corporate).
- Minimum 85% in 12th grade.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or any relevant field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed).

Preferred Skills:

- Exposure to hiring for diverse roles (IT/Non-IT/BFSI/Sales/etc.).
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or recruitment CRMs.
- Result-oriented with a positive and learning mindset.
