Destination Manager Canada / Europe / UK / Other (Counselling)
Role & Responsibilities
- Counsel students/clients on study/work/immigration options for Canada, Europe, UK & other destinations
- Assess profiles and suggest suitable universities/visa pathways
- Guide on documentation, SOPs, and applications
- Stay updated on visa rules, intakes, and requirements across destinations
- Meet counselling/conversion targets
- Coordinate with university/institution partners; maintain CRM records
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's/Master's degree
- 2–5 yrs experience in overseas education/immigration counselling (Canada/Europe/UK preferred)
- Strong knowledge of visa & PR processes for multiple destinations
- Positive communication and convincing skills
- Target-oriented, client-focused
