Role & responsibilities :

- Identify and onboard new vendors by conducting market research, evaluating potential partners, and negotiating favorable terms to expand product selection and improve competitiveness.
- Manage vendor relationships by serving as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships to ensure consistent supply and quality.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize vendor performance by analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing promotional campaigns to maximize revenue.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to vendor performance by tracking sales, inventory levels, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including category management, marketing, and supply chain, by sharing insights, coordinating activities, and ensuring alignment on business objectives to drive overall business growth.
- Manage a portfolio of vendors by setting targets,



monitoring performance, and providing regular feedback to ensure vendors are meeting expectations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to identify, evaluate, and onboard new vendors, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop strategies to optimize vendor performance and drive revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.Bachelor's degree/PG in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in vendor onboarding, vendor management, portfolio management, and account management within the e-commerce industry
