Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate with franchise owners for timely product indents and replenishment.
- Monitor stock availability and ensure optimum inventory levels across stores.
- Ensure execution of promotional schemes, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
- Analyze store-wise sales performance and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Support franchisees in achieving monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Follow up on product availability, supply issues, and customer demand requirements.
- Conduct regular operational audits and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Ensure proper execution of merchandising, category flow, planograms, bay markers, and promotional displays.
- Monitor store hygiene, housekeeping, and customer experience standards.




- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including FSSAI and other applicable licenses.
- Coordinate with franchisees for closure of audit observations within agreed timelines.
- Ensure proper display of store timings, OPD timings, refund policy, and mandatory customer communications.
- Maintain robust relationships with franchise owners and store teams.
- Resolve operational concerns and provide timely support.
- Conduct regular review meetings with franchisees to discuss sales, operations, and action plans.
