Qualifications Required

- 10+ years in Product Management (or equivalent), with 3+ years delivering pharmacy software
- Hands-on experience operating in SAFe (PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt; ART collaboration with RTE/SM/System Architect)
- Proven practice authoring user stories/acceptance criteria and managing a backlog with Jira and/or Aha!
- Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features and applying Responsible AI principles in production workflows (governance, monitoring, bias mitigation)
- Robust data literacy (metrics, experimentation, hypothesis-driven development) and customer empathy

Preferred

- SAFe POPM/PM certification (or equivalent) and experience across multiple ARTs
- Familiarity with clinical standards (e.g., NCPDP, HL7/FHIR), pharmacy operations, payer workflows, and compliance (HIPAA, SOC2)
