Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Telecom Executive to oversee our telecommunications infrastructure, manage service delivery, and support internal and external communications networks. The ideal candidate ensures optimal system performance, troubleshoots network outages, and coordinates with vendors to meet organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Infrastructure Management: Install, monitor, and maintain communication systems, data cables, digital circuits, and related devices.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Diagnose and resolve network/telephony issues, ensuring minimal downtime for.
- Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for telecom service providers, managing contracts, service requests, and escalations.
- Network Optimization: Monitor system performance, allocate network resources, and recommend upgrades or modifications to improve capabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain a master database for inventory,



configuration diagrams, hardware, and telephone line site analysis.
- Cross-Functional Support: Collaborate with various departments to evaluate business communication needs and deliver end-to-end service.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Bachelors degree in Telecommunications, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Experience: 25 years of hands-on experience in telecommunications systems, VoIP, or network management.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of voice/data networking, IP routing, switching, and familiarity with fiber optics or FTTx deployments.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical capabilities, excellent negotiation skills for vendor management, and the ability to explain complex issues to non-technical staff.
