Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud applications using BPMN (Business Process Modeling Notation) to automate business processes.
- Develop OTBI reports and dashboards to provide insights into HR data for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
Job Requirements :
- 5-8 years of experience in developing BPMN models for Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Robust understanding of OTBI reporting tools and ability to create complex reports from various sources of data.
- Experience working on HCM Cloud projects involving implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, maintenance & support activities.
- Proficiency in REST API services integration with other systems.
