Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-oriented Stewards to join our restaurant operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, maintaining restaurant cleanliness, assisting guests during dining, and ensuring a smooth dining experience. Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure prompt, courteous, and qualified service to guests, maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Assist in table setup, food and beverage service, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean dining environment.
- Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Adhere to restaurant SOPs, hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and grooming requirements at all times.
- Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns promptly while escalating complex issues to supervisors when required.
- Support daily restaurant operations, maintain cleanliness of service areas, and contribute to smooth shift operations.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass or equivalent.
- Diploma/Certification in Hospitality preferred but not mandatory.
- 0-1 year of experience in restaurants, hotels, cafs, or food service establishments.
- Freshers with a customer-centric attitude may also apply.
