We are looking for an experienced Outlet Manager to lead daily caf operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer experience, and achieve sales & profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily caf operations as per SOPs
- Achieve monthly sales & revenue targets
- Ensure high levels of customer service & handle escalations
- Oversee staff scheduling, training & performance
- Manage inventory, stock audits & minimize wastage
- Ensure hygiene, food safety & compliance standards
- Handle cash management, billing & daily reporting
Skills & Competencies
- Strong caf/QSR operations knowledge
- Leadership & team management
- Customer service excellence
- Inventory & cost control
- POS & billing proficiency
Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality (preferred)
- 3-6 years of relevant experience; prior supervisory experience required.
