Role & responsibilities :

Engage with international customers through outbound voice calls.

* Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products or services.

* Generate sales by effectively presenting product features and advantages.

* Build strong customer relationships through professional communication.

* Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Handle customer objections confidently and close sales opportunities.

* Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM systems.

* Ensure high standards of customer experience and compliance with company policies.

* Collaborate with team leaders to improve sales performance and achieve business goals.

Preferred candidate profile :

* Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply (as per company eligibility).

* Excellent spoken English and strong interpersonal skills.

* Prior experience in International Sales, Outbound Sales, BPO, Telemarketing,



or Customer Service is preferred.

* Freshers with exceptional communication and a sales-oriented mindset may also be considered.

* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.

* Strong negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

* Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

* Immediate joiners will be preferred.
