Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain demand plans, supply plans, and inventory management systems using JDA Demand Planning (DP) software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze sales data, market trends, and customer requirements to inform planning decisions.
- Design and implement efficient production schedules for manufacturing processes to meet customer demands while minimizing waste and optimizing resource utilization.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics such as on-time delivery rates, inventory levels, and stockouts/overstocking rates to identify areas for improvement.

Job Requirements :

- 5-16 years of experience in demand planning or a related field within the consumer electronics & appliances industry.
- Proficiency in JDA Enterprise Solutions (JDES) including Demand Planning (DP), Supply Planning (SP), Inventory Management modules.
- Robust understanding of Blue Yonder's capabilities would be an added advantage.
