Our Client manufacturing hub in Chennai and marketing offices nationwide, expanding rapid and wanted the designated Sales Manager to drive our Client growth in the North.

The Role of Sales Manager :

Sales Manager (Infra Division) just doesn't close deals BUT will shape the landscape of Delhi NCR. Our Client is looking for a commercially driven, energetic hunter who loves navigating complex B2B and government project cycles.

Core Mission:

- Fuel Business Growth: Aggressively drive sales and unlock fresh business opportunities across Delhi NCRs booming infrastructure, railway, metro, and industrial sectors.
- Master the Network: Build, nurture, and leverage powerful relationships with government authorities, tier-1 contractors,



top consultants, and project architects.
- Tender & Win: Track upcoming infrastructure projects, decode tender requirements, and lead winning technical and commercial discussions.
- Own the Pipeline: Smash revenue targets, forecast market trends, map out competitive intelligence, and secure timely payment collections.
- Bridge the Gap: Coordinate seamlessly with our internal teams to ensure flawless project execution and ultimate customer retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- The Industry Expert: Candidate must have 810 years of hardcore sales/BD experience in Construction, Government Projects, Railways, Infrastructure, or Capital Goods.
- Qualification: A Civil Engineering Graduate with MBA Marketing preferred . Non-engineers with MBA Marketing having outstanding, proven experience in the engineering/infra industry can also apply
- The Communicator: Fluent in both English and Hindi to effortlessly switch between corporate boardroom pitches and site-level negotiations.
- Candidate Base : Currently based in Delhi, NCR, or Gurgaon, with a deep understanding of the local market dynamics and project stakeholders.
