Role Overview :

- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Freelancer to drive growth in international markets through our Employer of Record (EOR) and offshore services.
- This role involves identifying current business opportunities, building client relationships, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in target international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements in the clients country.
- Develop and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor and report on business development metrics and outcomes.

Required Qualifications :





- Proven experience in business development, particularly in EOR and offshore services.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
