Role Overview:
The Assistant Maintenance Manager will be responsible for managing maintenance and upkeep of retail stores in the assigned region. The role involves ensuring smooth store operations, coordinating with vendors, and maintaining high infrastructure and safety standards across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee day-to-day maintenance of retail stores including civil, electrical, HVAC, and fixtures.

- Conduct regular store audits to identify and resolve maintenance issues.

- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and preventive maintenance.





- Ensure stores maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and functionality.

- Track maintenance activities, vendor invoices, and share basic MIS reports.

- Support store teams in resolving infrastructure-related issues quickly.

Qualifications:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Facilities Management.

- 35 years of experience in retail store maintenance or facilities management.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of retail store maintenance and infrastructure

- Vendor coordination and problem-solving skills

- Basic MS Excel and reporting skills

- Ability to manage multiple stores across locations.
