Title: Sr. Sailpoint Developer (IAM)

Salary according to Experience

Location: India (remote)

Note: Candidates must have strong Java experience to be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with application owners and business units to assess integration needs and implement secure connections to SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC using APIs (RESTful, SCIM), flat-file integrations, or direct database connectors.
- Develop, configure, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions to enhance security and access management.
- Design, configure, and manage source integrations, including out-of-the-box connectors, generic web (API) connectors, and JDBC connectors (e.g., MS SQL Server, Snowflake, and Oracle).
- Develop custom workflows and rules (Cloud and Connector) in SailPoint ISC to meet business requirements, including automated provisioning/de-provisioning and access certifications.
- Enhance onboarding/offboarding processes, lifecycle management rules, RBAC/ABAC, policies, and separation of duties (SOD) configurations.
- Design and integrate connectors for LDAP, Active Directory, cloud applications, and third-party systems.
- Develop custom workflows, provisioning rules, and automation scripts.
- Perform access certifications, policy enforcement, and audit reporting to ensure security compliance.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityNow/ISC configuration, customization,



API development (REST, JSON, SOAP), and database integrations (JDBC connectors).
- Expert hands-on experience with the SailPoint IdentityIQ platform.
- Solid programming skills in Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, and XML.
- Proficiency in developing custom connectors and adapters.
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and directory services.
- Familiarity with SCIM, SAML, OAuth, and other IAM protocols.
- Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Python, Java/Beanshell) for automation and custom connectors.
- Knowledge of integration protocols (SAML, OAuth, LDAP, SCIM) and directory services (Active Directory).

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, cybersecurity, or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of IAM experience, with at least 5 years focused on SailPoint IdentityNow and SailPoint IdentityIQ engineering development.
- Strong knowledge of Java, Beanshell, and XML for customization.
- Hands-on experience integrating Active Directory, LDAP, and cloud identity providers.
- Experience in access management, RBAC, and compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, and PCI-DSS).
- Knowledge of REST APIs, SQL databases, and workflow automation.

Preferred Skills:

- Knowledge of additional IAM tools (Saviynt).
