Key Responsibilities

- Manage bookkeeping, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, balance sheet, and General Ledger reconciliations.
- Assist in month-end closing, journal entries, and preparation of management accounts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions.
- Prepare financial reports and support finance operations for UK clients.
- Work with ERP and accounting software to process accounting activities.
- Coordinate with UK stakeholders and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial controls.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiency.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping, AP, AR, and General Ledger.
- Experience with Bank Reconciliation,



Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Month-End Closing.
- Good understanding of Financial Reporting and Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Experience with ERP or accounting software such as Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Xero, Sage, or QuickBooks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance).
- 3-6 years of experience in Accounting or Finance Operations.
- Experience with UK Accounting or international clients will be an added advantage.
- ACCA or CIMA (Pursuing or Interested) will be preferred.
