Key Responsibilities

- Resolve client tickets related to payroll, leave & attendance, ESS, onboarding, and statutory compliance.
- Configure and validate country-specific payroll rules (WPS, GOSI, Gratuity/EOSB).
- Process and support end-to-end payroll cycles.
- Deliver remote and onsite training to HR and Finance users.
- Gather requirements for new client implementations.
- Configure HRMS/payroll systems and validate migrated data.
- Provide go-live support for current implementations.
- Document product gaps and compliance updates.
- Manage client escalations and mentor junior team members.
- Coordinate with the Dubai support team.

Required Skills

- Hands-on GCC Payroll (UAE WPS, Saudi GOSI, Gulf Payroll).
- Payroll Processing & Gross-to-Net Calculations.
- Statutory Compliance & Payroll Deductions.
- Gratuity / End of Service Benefits (EOSB).
- Client Support & Ticket Resolution.
- End-User Training & Client Communication.
- HRMS / Payroll Software.
- Data Migration & Validation.
- Fluent English Communication.
