Lead overall finance and accounting operations including financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.
• Direct end to end financial reporting (Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, ledger scrutiny, ageing receivables/payables) for all group companies under IGAAP and INDAS standards

• Manage financial controls, policies and compliance f
• Oversee end-to-end statutory compliance, including RBI return filings, GST, TDS and tax reconciliations
. • Strengthen internal accounting controls and policies to ensure 100% adherence to regulatory frameworks. • Monitor cash flow, working capital and fund/treasury management.
