Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with strong expertise in 2D and 3D design for office building projects. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in multiple design and drafting software tools, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate concepts into precise technical drawings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create detailed 2D and 3D designs for office buildings, layouts, and interiors.

- Prepare architectural and structural drawings as per project requirements.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and project managers for design accuracy.

- Ensure designs comply with building codes, standards, and company guidelines.

- Revise and update drawings based on feedback and site changes.

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

- AutoCAD (2D Drafting)

- SketchUp / 3ds Max (3D Modeling)

- Revit (BIM)

- Photoshop / Illustrator (Presentation Work)

- Lumion / V-Ray (Rendering)

- Strong understanding of architectural design principles.

Qualifications:

- Diploma / Degree

- Minimum 25 years of drafting experience in building projects.

- Robust technical drawing skills and attention to detail.
