Responsibilities:
Installation and Commissioning:
Install and commission laser cutting and waterjet machines at customer sites, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Provide comprehensive training to customers on machine operation and maintenance.
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine and preventative maintenance on laser cutting and waterjet machines.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
Troubleshoot complex technical problems and implement effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of all service activities.
Customer Support:
Provide in office and remote technical support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.




Respond to service calls and emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Provide excellent customer service.
Technical Expertise:
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in laser cutting and waterjet technology.
Provide technical guidance and recommendations to customers.
Assist in the development of service procedures and documentation.
Inventory and Parts Management:
Maintain an adequate inventory of spare parts and tools.
Place orders for parts as needed.
