xLongevity is a longevity and healthy-aging company built on Swiss scientific expertise, offering biomarker and biological-
age testing, personalized longevity coaching, and science-backed supplements designed to extend healthspan. The India
entity (xLongevity Chirayu Pvt Ltd) operates the India D2C e-commerce business, testing kits, and coaching programs, and is
scaling rapidly within India's rapid-growing longevity, wellness, and preventive-health market.
Role Summary
We are looking for a Managing Director to lead and scale xLongevity's India business end-to-end. This is a full P&L;
leadership role responsible for setting the India go-to-market strategy, building the local team, driving revenue growth across
D2C & B2B, e-commerce, and B2B/coaching/clinic channels, ensuring regulatory compliance, and representing xLongevity
India with investors, partners, and the global leadership team.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & P&L; Ownership

Own the India P&L; revenue, margins, and profitability targets across supplements, diagnostics/testing kits, and
coaching/subscription lines.

Define and execute the India market entry/scale-up strategy in alignment with global brand and product strategy.
Set annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts; report performance to the global CEO and Board.
Business Growth & Commercial Leadership

Drive growth across D2C e-commerce (own website, marketplaces), quick-commerce, and offline/retail or clinic
partnerships as relevant.
Build and manage relationships with distributors, diagnostic labs,



wellness clinics, hospitals, and corporate wellness
partners.
Lead pricing, promotions, and channel strategy tailored to the Indian consumer and regulatory environment.
Operations & Supply Chain

Oversee India operations: manufacturing/contract manufacturing, quality control, warehousing, logistics, and
customer fulfillment.

Ensure product availability, cost efficiency, and service levels meet company standards.
Regulatory & Compliance

Ensure compliance with FSSAI, and other applicable Indian regulations for nutraceuticals/supplements and
diagnostic testing kits.

Manage company secretarial, statutory, tax, and corporate governance requirements for the India entity in
coordination with finance/legal advisors.
Team Building & Leadership

Recruit, build, and lead the India leadership team across sales, marketing, operations, and customer experience.
Instill a performance-driven, customer-first culture aligned with the global xLongevity brand and mission.
Marketing & Brand

Localize the global brand narrative for Indian consumers; oversee digital marketing, content, influencer, and
coaching-academy initiatives.
Build category awareness for "longevity" and preventive/biomarker-driven health in the Indian market.
Stakeholder & Investor Relations

Act as the primary India representative to the global leadership team, board, and any local investors or partners.




Provide regular business updates, market insights, and strategic recommendations.
Candidate Profile
Experience

1218+ years of overall experience, with at least 5+ years in a General Management, Country Head, or MD/CEO
role owning a full P&L; in India.
Prior experience in health, wellness, nutraceuticals, D2C/e-commerce, diagnostics, pharma, or consumer healthcare
businesses strongly preferred.
Track record of scaling a business in India building teams, channels, and operations from an early/growth stage.
Skills & Attributes

Strong commercial and strategic acumen with hands-on operational capability.
Deep understanding of the Indian consumer health/wellness market and regulatory landscape (FSSAI, e-
commerce norms).

Proven people leadership able to build and inspire a lean, high-performing team.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led, global startup environment.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging global leadership, investors, and local
partners.

Genuine passion for health, longevity, and wellness is a strong plus.
Education

Master's degree required; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
