Roles & Responsibilities

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a cross-functional team of 23 Associate Product Owners and 23 Data Engineers to ensure the successful delivery of multiple enterprise data product initiatives.
- Roadmap & Strategy: Define, manage, and execute the product roadmap, strategic priorities, and lifecycle of enterprise Core Data products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with business units, data engineering, enterprise architecture, and data governance teams to design and deliver scalable, high-impact data solutions.
- Agile Delivery: Drive end-to-end Agile execution, including backlog prioritization, sprint support, release planning, acceptance criteria definition, and proactive stakeholder communication across multiple workstreams.
- Product Governance: Ensure exceptionally high standards for product documentation, user stories, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ultimate business value realization.
- AI & Innovation: Lead cutting-edge, AI-driven initiatives leveraging Snowflake Cortex, Semantic Layer architectures, and advanced conversational analytics capabilities.
- Data Quality: Actively promote data quality, governance, compliance, and standardization across all enterprise data products.




- Executive Communication: Present clear program updates, product roadmaps, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in Data Product Management, Program Management, or Data Strategy.
- Leadership: Demonstrated track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing Product Owners, Business Analysts, or technical teams.
- Domain Expertise: Strong, hands-on experience in the Asset Management or Investment Management domain is mandatory.
- Data Product Expertise: Proven experience delivering enterprise-grade data products and working closely with investment data domains.
- Technical Modernization: Good understanding of Snowflake, Snowflake Cortex, Semantic Layer, AI/LLM solutions, and up-to-date cloud data platforms.
- Methodologies & Tools: Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience with collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Good-to-Have (Preferred): Exposure to third-party financial data platforms (e.g., Aladdin, eFront, PitchBook) and exposure to Agentic AI frameworks.
