Role & responsibilities
Lead the group's scrap, recovery, recycling, and disposal operations across all service centers and body shops. The role is responsible for maximizing scrap revenue, developing recycling channels, ensuring compliance, establishing governance, and transforming waste streams into a profitable business vertical.
The position will own commercial strategy, vendor management, scrap auctions, recovery operations oversight, and development of future recycling initiatives.
Preferred candidate profile
10-15 years of experience, with at least 5 years in one or more of the following sectors:
- Automotive recycling, Scrap management
- Waste management, Circular economy
- Resource recovery, Automotive OEM / dealership operations
- Recycling plants, Metal trading
