Your primary role is to generate sales for your company by actively seeking out new clients, building and maintaining relationships with them, and recommending solutions that best meet their needs. You will be responsible for identifying potential leads, presenting and demonstrating products or services, negotiating and closing deals, and providing post-sales support. - Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, lead generation campaigns, and referrals.

- Product Presentation and Demonstration: Clearly articulate product features and benefits, and conduct compelling product demonstrations.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or relevant field is preferred. Good knowledge in critical care is highly preferred.
