Role Overview

We are looking for experienced SAP Consultants to support multiple SAP-focused roles across implementation, optimization, compliance, reporting, and application management services. This is a common JD intended to cover several specialized SAP positions, and candidates may align with one or more focus areas listed below.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC, deep functional or managerial expertise, and the ability to work in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities (Depending on Role Alignment)

- Work on SAP ECC-based implementations, enhancements, and support projects.
- Experience working with global organizations in regulatory and compliance-focused environments is strongly preferred.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Support global reporting, governance, risk, and compliance initiatives in regulated enterprise environments.
- Participate in daily scrum discussions while executing work within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Lead or contribute to Application Management Services (AMS) engagements.
- Ensure system stability, compliance, and continuous improvement.
- Provide production support, incident management, and change management as required.
- Bring 8-10 years of hands-on experience in the respective SAP or ERP functional area. Functional & Domain Focus Areas.

Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following areas:

1. SAP FICO / SD (Brazil Localization)

- SAP FICO and/or SD functional expertise with strong ECC experience.
- Portuguese language proficiency (mandatory for this track)
- Experience with Brazil SEFAZ / NF-e (Nota Fiscal Eletrnica).
- Knowledge of Brazilian tax, invoicing, and statutory compliance processes.
- Ability to configure and support localization-specific business scenarios.
- Experience supporting audits, tax reporting, and fiscal validations for Brazil.
- Strong collaboration skills with local and global finance stakeholders

2. GBR (Global Business Reporting)

- Experience in enterprise-level financial and operational reporting.




- Exposure to SAP reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics tools.
- Ability to support global reporting standards and executive-level business insights.
- Experience working with large datasets across multi-country SAP landscapes.
- Strong understanding of data governance, accuracy, and reporting controls
- Ability to translate business reporting needs into technical solutions

3. GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance)

- Experience with SAP GRC or similar governance and compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of access controls, risk management, and audit processes
- Exposure to SOX or other regulatory compliance initiatives. Ability to support control design, testing, and remediation activities.
- Experience collaborating with internal audit, security, and compliance teams
- Strong documentation and compliance reporting skills

4. Senior Boomi Consultant

- Experience in enterprise integration with hands-on Dell Boomi AtomSphere development and support.
- Design, develop, and implement end-to-end integrations (real-time, batch, event-driven) across cloud and on-prem systems.
- Strong expertise in API-led architecture, including REST/SOAP services, API Management, and microservices-based integrations.
- Proven experience integrating ERP (SAP ECC / S/4HANA, Oracle), CRM (Salesforce/Dynamics).
- Hands-on skills in data transformation, mapping, validation, and handling XML, JSON, XSD, WSDL formats.
- Experience configuring and managing Boomi Atoms, Molecules, and Atom Clouds, including deployments and environment promotions.
- Solid understanding of integration security including OAuth 2.0, SSL, certificates, encryption, and PGP.
- Strong troubleshooting capabilities with experience in monitoring,



error handling, performance tuning, and production support.
- Ability to collaborate with business, data, and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable integration solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in technical documentation, architecture reviews, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

5. MS Navision 2016 (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2016
- Understanding of finance, supply chain, and ERP integration concepts.
- Experience working in hybrid SAP and Microsoft ERP environments.
- Ability to support data integration, reporting, and reconciliation between systems.
- Experience with ERP upgrades, enhancements, and user support.
- Strong understanding of business processes across mid-to-large enterprises

6. AMS Manager / Lead

- Experience leading SAP Application Management Services teams.
- Strong background in SLA management, incident, problem, and change management. Ability to manage onshore and offshore teams and third-party vendors.
- Experience driving service improvement and operational excellence.
- Strong stakeholder communication and client management skills.
- Experience managing support transitions and steady-state operations

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 8-10 years of overall SAP/ERP experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC (mandatory).
- Experience working with enterprise-scale and global clients.
- Robust communication and stakeholder management skills, including spoken and written English.
- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven, and regulatory environment.
- Must have reliable power supply, mobile connectivity, a quiet work environment, and high-quality internet capable of supporting Microsoft Teams video calls while performing daily work.

Nice to Have - S/4HANA exposure, Data, analytics, or reporting-focused SAP experience. Experience working with global or multi-country SAP rollouts.
