Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage end-to-end operations across major marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart). This role requires a hybrid skillset: operational discipline to handle listings and dispatch, combined with analytical skills to manage demand-specific ads and perform competition analysis using Advanced Excel.

Key Responsibilities

1. Cataloging & Listing Management

- Create and maintain product listings across all platforms with SEO-optimized titles and high-quality descriptions.
- Monitor listing health daily to prevent suppressions or policy violations.
- Update content and imagery to match current trends and festive themes.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

- Manage daily order processing and dispatch to ensure 100% adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and handover to courier partners to minimize breaches.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent stock-outs; handle Returns (RTO) and claims efficiently.

3. Performance Marketing (Ads & Strategy)





- Execute and optimize PPC/CPC campaigns on Amazon (AMS), Flipkart, and Quick Commerce apps.
- Run demand-specific advertisements based on seasonality and inventory levels.
- Monitor ACOS (Advertising Cost of Sales) and ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) to ensure campaign profitability.

4. Data Analysis & Competitor Research

- Competitor Analysis: Track competitor pricing, keywords, and strategies to maintain market share.
- Advanced Excel: Utilize VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting to analyze sales data.
- Generate daily/weekly reports to identify demand trends and forecast inventory needs.

Required Skills

- Platform Experience: Seller portals for Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, Zepto, or Shopify.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Dashboarding) is mandatory.
- Marketing Smarts: Understanding of Keywords, Bidding, CTR, and Conversion Rates.
- Tools: Experience with OMS tools (Unicommerce, Vinculum, Easyecom) is a plus.
